Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases on www.zzuyi.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Return Eligibility
   We accept returns within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods.
   Items for return must be unused, unopened, kept in original condition with all original packaging, tags and complete accessories.
   Clearance items and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return Process
   Please contact our customer service first to submit a return request. Do not send items back without official approval. Once confirmed, we will send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Refund Rules
   After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
   Return shipping fee is borne by the buyer, unless the return is caused by our wrong delivery or product quality problems.
4. Defective or Wrong Items
   If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days after receipt and provide photo or video proof. We will arrange full refund, replacement or partial refund according to the actual situation.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
   Items damaged by personal use, improper operation or artificial damage;
   Return application beyond the 30-day period;
   Incomplete original packaging, missing tags or accessories;
   Clearance and customized products.

   We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The updated version takes effect once published on the website.
